State-run banks, insurers and other financial entities have been told to use video conferencing for meetings and curb overseas travel under a government drive to save fuel.
Electric vehicles are to be hired wherever possible, and existing petrol- and diesel-powered fleets are to be converted to EVs in phases, according to a document seen by Bloomberg.
