Amy E. Rudley was named chair of Cooper Levenson’s employment law department, putting the Atlantic City-based partner in charge of the firm’s employer-side workplace counseling and litigation practice.
Rudley will steer advice on employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance, policy development, employee relations, training and risk management while continuing to represent employers in state and federal matters.
Her appointment builds on a practice spanning employment law, hospitality and casino law, and defense litigation, including civil rights and premises liability cases through trial, post-trial motions and appeals.
Cooper Levenson said Rudley also advises public and governmental clients on workplace obligations; the 1957-founded firm operates across six states.
