$9.97 buys a one-device lifetime license for Windows 11 Pro until May 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT, down from the usual $199.
Windows 11 Pro pitches the upgrade on built-in security and productivity tools, including TPM 2.0 support, Smart App Control, BitLocker, biometric login, Snap layouts and virtual desktops.
DirectX 12 Ultimate and Copilot are also part of the package, targeting gamers, creative users and people who want AI help with writing, web summaries and coding tasks.
The software requires at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and the license cannot be transferred to another PC.
The offer comes as users on older Windows versions face pressure to upgrade after Windows 10 support ended last October.
