Late Sunday, Manor police said a third suspect had been located and detained, bringing the total in custody to three after a weekend shooting and robbery spree across Austin.
At least 12 incidents began Saturday afternoon and continued into Sunday morning, with investigators linking apparently random gunfire, robberies and more than four stolen vehicles that suspects may have switched repeatedly.
Four people were shot, including one victim who was critically injured and later stabilized; bullets also hit homes, businesses, apartment buildings and two Austin Fire Department stations, including a fire truck.
Police said a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were first arrested after a traffic stop in Manor tied to a white Kia, and officials later lifted a South Austin shelter-in-place order, saying there was no ongoing public threat.
Chief Lisa Davis called the case complex and said the spree could revive debate over license plate readers, which city officials said might have helped track the stolen cars faster.
