Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals is set for May 19 at 5 p.m. MST, with No. 3 seed New York hosting No. 4 seed Cleveland.
Seven games are scheduled through May 31 in the best-of-seven series, though Games 5-7 will be played only if necessary.
New York will host Games 1, 2, 5 and 7, while Cleveland gets Games 3, 4 and 6 under the 2-2-1-1-1 format.
ESPN will air every game except Game 3 on ABC, finalizing the matchup after the NBA had previously listed the Knicks against either Detroit or Cleveland.
