Detroit enters Sunday’s winner-take-all Game 7 as a 4.5-point home favorite after a 21-point Game 6 road win over Cleveland forced the decider.
SportsLine’s model, which simulates games 10,000 times, makes the Pistons money line its top play, with Detroit winning nearly 75% of simulations.
The model also likes the over on 205.5 points, a line the teams have cleared in five of six games this series and in more than 60% of simulations.
Cade Cunningham’s assists prop is another recommended bet, with the model projecting 9.6 assists against an 8.5 line after he topped that mark three times in the series.
The winner advances to the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks, with the East champion then facing either San Antonio or defending champion Oklahoma City in the NBA Finals.
