May 14 marks the opening of Monticello’s farmers market, which is back for its 20th season with fresh food, live music and community events.
Thursdays through Sept. 24, the market will operate in the Monticello Public Library parking lot at 200 W. Sixth St.
Hours are set for 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., with the closing time moving earlier to 6:30 p.m. in September.
