ASUS overclocked two 24GB ROG 20th Edition DDR5 modules from their 6000 MT/s default to 8800 MT/s at CL34 on a Crosshair X870E APEX motherboard.
The demo used an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 system on BIOS 2301 with AGESA 1.3.0.1, and RunMemtestPro showed 114.50% average coverage over 47 minutes.
At 1.70V with water cooling, the modules stayed below 20C, underscoring the kit's enthusiast-focused overclocking headroom rather than stock operation.
The memory is ASUS's first in-house ROG-branded DDR5 line, introduced days after the company unveiled a 48GB DDR5-6000 CL26 kit with a switchable low-latency or high-speed ROG Mode.
