More than a year after a heated 2025 "Pod Meets World" appearance, Maitland Ward said she still feels "betrayed" and remains out of contact with Danielle Fishel, Ryder Strong and Will Friedle.
Ward said she was "set up" for ratings and caught off guard when the podcast revisited old grievances, including tension from the "Girl Meets World" era.
The clash escalated when Ward accused the hosts of using conflict for attention, while Fishel countered that Ward came on the show seeking press and denied having a personal issue with her.
Despite calling the fallout a strange year and previously describing the exchange as bullying, Ward said she holds no ill will and had publicly supported Fishel during her "Dancing with the Stars" run.
Ward said the former castmates are still connected like family through "Boy Meets World," even if they are not currently friends or in contact.
