Deion Sanders said Shilo Sanders was defending his brother when he told NFL reporter Mary Kay Cabot, "Go make me a sandwich," calling it a response to something she said about Shedeur Sanders.
On "The Barbershop," Deion said Shilo was "ridiculed" for speaking up, adding that media norms have changed even though he still respects the old-school approach.
The remark came after Cabot predicted Deshaun Watson would enter Cleveland Browns training camp as the No. 1 quarterback ahead of rookie Shedeur Sanders.
Shilo, who was briefly on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' roster last year, said in an earlier livestream that Cabot was pushing opinion rather than facts and seemed to have an agenda against Shedeur.
Will the Sanders' media war distract the Browns or fuel Shedeur's performance in the high-stakes 2026 season?
Does Deion's defense of his son reveal a generational clash over media accountability or a father enabling unacceptable behavior?
