Select Straus Family Creamery Organic Super Premium Ice Cream pints and quarts were recalled after the company found possible metal fragments in limited production runs.
Five flavors are affected—vanilla bean, strawberry, cookie dough, Dutch chocolate and mint chip—with best-by dates from Dec. 23, 2026, through Dec. 30, 2026.
Products reached retailers in 17 states starting May 4, and Straus said it is working with stores to pull the affected containers from shelves.
No injuries or illnesses have been reported, and consumers were told not to eat the ice cream, discard it, and use the company recall site to request a replacement voucher.
