$1,900 Motorola Razr Fold is nearing store release as the company’s first book-style foldable, with Android Central highlighting strong cameras, battery life and multitasking as its main selling points.
Three 50MP rear cameras, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 with 16GB of RAM, and a 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery delivered solid real-world performance, more than a day of use, and 80W wired charging in the review.
An 8.1-inch inner display and 6.6-inch outer screen support triple-app split view, floating windows, Desk Mode and Laptop Mode, while a $99 Moto Pen Ultra adds stylus input and Bluetooth remote controls.
The biggest drawbacks were price, a thin accessory lineup, and Motorola’s weaker position in Android feature rollouts, which could leave buyers waiting behind Pixel and Samsung phones for new Google capabilities.
