Rep. Don Beyer posted Donald Trump’s signed ethics disclosure to dispute Eric Trump’s claim that the president’s assets sit in a blind trust that does not trade individual stocks.
The 113-page filing shows 2,345 purchases and 1,296 sales in the first quarter of 2026, including up to $1 million of Nvidia shares bought days before the company won approval to sell advanced chips to China.
Eric Trump had called Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s accusation “a lie and blatantly false” after she linked Trump’s Nvidia stake to his China trip with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang.
The disclosure was released Thursday by the Office of Government Ethics and signed May 8, a week before Trump traveled to China, intensifying conflict-of-interest scrutiny around his personal trading.
