Viltrox Teases 10 Products for China P&E 2026 as Laowa, Meike Eye Autofocus Firsts

Viltrox previewed 10 unreleased products ahead of the May 15 Beijing expo—eight lenses, a compact flash and what appears to be a new external monitor.
The teased lineup appears to include a pancake prime, a tilt-shift lens and a fast pancake design, while reports point to an L-mount 28mm F/4.5 Chip lens and Viltrox’s first Micro Four Thirds lens, a 25mm F/1.7.
Laowa is expected to launch 3 lenses at the show, including a wide-angle, a macro and possibly its first autofocus zoom—an uncommon step for Chinese lens makers.
Meike also hinted at an autofocus lens for Fujifilm GFX; if confirmed, it could become the first third-party autofocus lens officially launched for that medium-format system.
China P&E 2026 runs May 15-18 and is expected to bring more announcements from brands including 7Artisans, TTArtisan, Thypoch and Yongnuo.
