May 19 marks the start of Google Health’s rollout, with the new app and Fitbit Air support reaching users through May 26.
The free Base plan includes core tracking such as activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO2, readiness, nutrition and medical records.
Google Health Premium costs $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year and adds Health Coach, adaptive fitness plans, deeper sleep analysis, medical-record summaries and an on-demand workout library.
Google is also bundling Premium with Google One AI Pro at $19.99 a month and AI Ultra at $249.99, making the lower-tier AI plan the more practical free-access route.
The launch shows Google pushing health subscriptions beyond device data collection toward AI-driven coaching and personalized wellness insights.
