Dash-cam video shows a 3-year-old boy scrambling from an overturned Dodge Charger after Arkansas State Police ended a chase in rural Joiner with a PIT maneuver.
23-year-old driver Thalia Jones had refused to stop after being clocked at 80 mph in a 55 mph zone and told troopers she fled because she lacked a valid license.
The child was uninjured and released to another adult at the scene, while Jones was medically cleared after crawling from the wreck.
Jones now faces charges including speeding, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, child endangerment and unauthorized use of another person's vehicle; police said the Charger belonged to her boyfriend.
