Second place to Hernandez in last Saturday's sectional preliminary round has set up another showdown in long jump, high jump and triple jump, the same events they have contested in recent postseasons.
Hogan said last year's move from the second-place spot to the top podium was spontaneous, drew applause on site and then spread widely online, making her a visible figure in the "Save Girls Sports" campaign.
