Vietnam’s Green & Smart Mobility JSC (GSM), owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, plans to launch an initial public offering in the second half of 2028.
The pre-IPO process will begin within the next two to three months, as announced at Vingroup’s shareholders’ meeting in Hanoi.
GSM is 95% owned by Vuong, with his wife, Pham Thu Huong, serving as chairwoman; the IPO’s location has not been disclosed.
