Fans will not get general-admission tickets to the White House itself, but UFC plans to give away about 85,000 free viewing passes for the nearby Ellipse, where screens, stages and music are planned.
Paramount+ will stream the card in the US and UK, with CBS also carrying it live in the US; a Lincoln Memorial press conference, fan festival, weigh-in and Zac Brown Band concert precede fight night.
Security is expected to be exceptionally tight at the presidential residence, with White previously citing rooftop snipers and the Secret Service's protection role after an alleged assassination attempt on Trump in April.
