The clinic was created with Stop Cancer after patients identified sexuality as a major unmet need, and it also trains oncology staff to ask about intimacy rather than leave the issue buried by mutual embarrassment.
Malca Graucher, who heads the service, said treatment combines sexual assessment with a multidisciplinary team and techniques such as sensate focus to rebuild touch, pleasure and body confidence without pressuring patients toward conventional sex.
