Saturday Night's Main Event ended in disqualification when Lynch, about to take Ruca's Sol Snatcher, pulled referee Jessika Carr into the move to stop the non-title bout.
Nick Aldis told Lynch backstage that Raw GM Adam Pearce had approved the rematch and added a title stipulation, denying Lynch a way out of a legitimate contest.
Ruca, recently called up from NXT after WrestleMania 42, becomes Lynch's second challenger since Lynch regained the belt from AJ Lee at WrestleMania.
